Imagine what it would be like to wander around the entire 843 acres of Central Park in Manhattan, enjoying the pathways, the meadows, the bridges, the ponds. You can have a nice picnic, watch a play, enjoy a concert, attend a wedding, fly a kite, toss a Frisbee around or join in a baseball game. Sound like heaven, right?
Now imagine doing the same thing in a park piled high with mountains of garbage, trash, discards of everything from old mattresses to putrefying food and medical waste. And imagine that this second park is 2.6 times the size of Central Park!
