- Identified stakeholders through 7- county fleet survey turned database
- Branded Victoria Clean Cities with logos, print materials, website & marketing campaign
- Formed lead stakeholder group and held two stakeholder meetings
- Held first and second Advancing the Choice events and annual luncheon
- Listened to stakeholders to develop a detailed program plan for submission to the US Department of Energy to gain designation as a Clean Cities coalition that can receive federal assistance and funding on the local level to achieve Victoria Clean Cities program goals and objectives

- Develop program initiatives for idle reduction and fuel economy
- Develop educational component for alternative fuel infrastructure
- Explore area wide initiative to educate stakeholders, fleets and citizens about using and choosing alternative fuels

- Prepare for second Advancing the Choice event in May 2008
- Prepare for annual ozone season kickoff luncheon
- Implement educational programs for alternative fuel infrastructure
